Quite crowded usually hence takes time for token number to come but the ambiance and sitting is good. Parking is a bit hard to find

Called The HAPPINESS CENTRE, conveniently located at EMAAR Square, a stone's throw from Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa Metro Station.

Whether one has to pay an instalment or pay a fine or pay service charges or make a query relating to their property, this is conveniently located in the middle of town.

With options to pay through one of the self service kiosk and/ OR over the counter, it is a near effortless activity.

The Cons - There is just one establishment that has been allowed to vend coffee in here and a stark contrast to the in house cafe at the sales pavilion.

Horrible parking situation, cars blocking the whole road queuing to enter Emaar Square parking. In addition, the building does not have a mens prayer room

Great view of Burj K from the office space. Has a restaurant on the ground floor for the Healthy eaters. Deloitte Middle East is located in this building, has a small prayer room on the 2nd floor
