Working hours are misleading.

They cannot process any transaction after 2:30pm as per their reception.

When I pointed it out to the reception that they should change the working hours so people do not come there after 2:30pm, she said they will take it into consideration.

If you are reading this after 3/8/2023 and the working hours are not changed, maybe you should consider different trustee office as if anything goes wrong, it wil be “taken into consideration”.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, customer engagement and professionalism - Akmal Djunaidov was par excellence. He was was one of the best customer service officer that i experienced not only in UAE but anywhere across the globe. He was so patient and helpful that I looked for his manager post my encounter with him to register my appreciation but given I couldn’t see him, decided to post an online appreciation. Akmal, keep up the great work and positive attitude - you will go places and departments/companies need willing/professionals like you!
