Horrible customer service.
Need 3 weeks to process the documents and then expect me to receive the car in the same minute they are ready.
I'm out of the country and cannot receive the car. They can't hand over to someone else, unless there is a notary public approved POA.
They also cannot store the car with them.
They asked me to contact their delivery department myself (instead of doing this internally) to clarify the matter, the mobile number they provided is switched off.

Save your time and nerves and don't deal with this company.

Very very bad service. I’m expected the car within 6 working days as per their policy, but now more than 10 working days, (means 2 weeks) they are saying the documents is not ready, I changed my flight ticket and it’s worth 4200 AED, and still waiting for a corrected confirmation from emirates auction. if we delay the payment more than 24 hours the emirates auction will put penalties, if they delaying like this no penalties even no human rights and no value for our time and money. And I’m always asking them if I need to talk to the manager or supervisor allowed, but they are not allowed from their side. I’m really disappointed with this and will not recommend it to anyone..

60 days wasting of time/pending waiting for provider decision (to approve- to not approve - to keep on hold).. Management are unable to take decision .. tkt no. 666007

Mostly i’m buying the car from auction since 6 years. First time I tried in Emirates auction. I won two cars but that’s only for viewing. You cannot drive you can’t register on your name because of documents will provide after 90 days. It’s a huge long time. Without # plate what you can do with the car. Where you can parked. I’m very disappointed for delayed documentation. I’ll never ever suggest to anyone for waste your money and your time. There’s alot’s of auction where they can provide your’s vehicle’s documents maximum within a week.

This company is ridiculous you buy a vehicle you block a deposit of 30% of the amount of the car, and to unlock it you have to pay 100% of the car and then it refunds you this amount within 21 days! So expect 130% and 1 month of patience and multiple reminders to review your deposit. Moreover he delivers your vehicle without any paper, in the street! I asked them about this and they answer that it is in the Conditions of sale! Yes except that nothing is explained in case of accident incident the vehicle parked in plates or paper ... it's ridiculous the court of justice should take the case in hand

This place is a haven on earth if you into cars , the employees were very helpful with me to walk me arround and to explain everything about the auction process.

I join the negative opinion joined it is really a very bad company which takes the customers without consideration. The company is really bad and your money is trapped in every problem it refers you to the general conditions which are not clear. I don't even understand why the government doesn't intervene in the disastrous management of the company.
