Worst experience.
Very bad facility.
They will give appointment. They will tell to stand on line. Then they will tell to come tomorrow.
The next day, repeats. Then they will tell to go to satwa.

It took me 5 min only. Presented the security guy the REGISTRATION ID CARD FORM with the passport. -u003e registration -u003e waiting area -u003e fingerprint that’s it.

Very clean, easy to get to.
Fairly straightforward job to get fingerprints done for Emirates ID card.
Including waiting time and with computer trouble for the man doing the actual fingerprinting etc I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Can't fault the process, friendly staff.
Clean building.

We came to this location as we could not choose elsewhere. People treated like animals. Standing inline outside on scorching sun to get the token for 2 hours. And after when line reached security he said to come back at 2pm.
We been standing inline under sun for 2 hours from 10-12 and been turned around not even reaching the entrance.
Since there is no space do not let people wait inline for 2-3 hours tell them to go home.
Absolutely shocking non organization. I could not believe we went thru this.
Staff looks so exhausted and rude as people asking a lot since waiting so long outside.
This place really needs attention.
If you have a chance to choose your appointment do not choose Al Baraha.
Avoid this place at all cost.
Pay extra if needed but try other EID locations.

Worst service i have ever got, guards will guide you wrong evertime you are not allowed to enter in anyways,the appointments you are getting is of no use. No customer service, no ethics, they just lie on your face. No numbers to complain.

System for biometrics was off they told us come tomorrow, second day we came they told us you need to get another appointment, also they are treating people like animals, and for some specific nationalities they are letting them in and others not.

Hi,actually i don't know,why not comingg my id card because,3month finish already not coming,fingers print waiting,under processing and waiting for residency issue why?

I have visited here today (25th July 22). I was so worried after seeing the photos and negative comments on the limitations in services.

But today my experience was entirely opposite of what i've read. The waiting area was Air conditioned & Covered. Also ladies were given special consideration, which is a good thing i would say.

Security team is checking properly on the documents before allowing the public inside.

Apart from basic delays (due to number of public visit) this is perfect and no worries. All Employees were truly supportive.

Just had my first visit to Lawfield Trout Fishery. What an amazing day! Fish are challenging at times, and location is visually stunning as well as the perfect location for fly fishing. Chris and his wife were incredibly welcoming and both very informative. The site is a natural fishery, very well maintained, male and female toilets and a shop for any food or beverages needed. My niece and nephew 4 years and 5 years, also popped round and had a go retrieving as well as wondering a little and really enjoying it.
Other anglers were very friendly too. The last two things I want to mention are the loyalty card which you get stamped 8 times and receive a free day and veterans discount! If you are a veteran I would pay Lawfield a visit. Everything I have mentioned previously and the veterans discount is all the reason needed to go.

Plenty of fish in there just wasn't my day but won't let that stop me going back and good for some odds and sods for tying like pre tied hopper legs

Had my first visit yesterday, nice setting and friendly welcome, caught 5 quality rainbows keeping 2 for the pot at 2.5 lb and 3.5 lb. Will definitely be back

Very friendly and very very helpful. will be going back. fishing is hard but that's the way it should be. Makes it more interesting also they have put a lot of effort into making the place look great
