some of the staff appeared to be quite lazy and lacked a proper level of respect towards visitors. also observed that many of the staff were using their smartphones while on the job.

The lack of professionalism and respect displayed by some of the staff members, along with the prolonged wait times, left me feeling quite disappointed. I sincerely hope that management will take note of these issues and work towards improving the experience for visitors in the future.

only one women assisted at the Biometric Center was incredibly helpful and polite, making my experience there bit more positive.

One of the worst place to get government services done in UAE.
For the last 5 I have used different government centers and every time I got good service.
However this center is the worst in service, Late afternoon system goes down wonder why. Looks like this is a common excuse.
Next day I came at 7:40am to complete the bio matrix for my wife. Center starts at 8am and the staff members started coming at the center at 8:30am. Very unprofessional.
All other government centers are so good in the UAE, I don't know why this Al Baraha center is so bad.

Very bad service ever i get in dubai..the security black people very dirty mind..i came for my wife finger print exact time 11:45..after reach there they told me after jumah after jumah i go they told your time finish come monday..atleast give respect to women i have all video everything..i want to make a complate to main government department very very bad people like this..(GIVE RESPECT ATLEAST FOR WOMEN)securitys very bad

One of the worst service i had in dubai regarding government work. Too slow at work got no real motive towards their clients.

Today was my second day but they are making excuses oh system is down sorry there is only one staff,manager said today closed come tomorrow.very rude security even the humiliating you.I thought Dubai is in future actually so in past rude,excuse,humiliating. Ohhhhhh you are not even eligible for 1 star

Awful service, takes ages and sometimes cancel appointments when you arrive on the day. Avoid if you can and go elsewhere to get the biometrics done

Really Non Cooperative., It was only 30 minutes late when i came here and now its almost 6 hours still waiting and listening they will help you if its possible otherwise you have to come with the appointment new

This woman when youre getting number for queue is very rude. She was asking for my printed application then she almost throw the paper and said you GO. The paper is just little blurry. She can just talk to me and tell me she can't read it. But this woman very rude.
