Ashraf is so horrible and really bad costumer service, one of the bed experience in NBD
I think need more training for him as his work honesty and way of talking.
Mr. Miguel Rio Tinto check the email I sent about the store to costumer email, or ask Mohammad Amani he knows too

Honestly do not bother working with this bank. It's the worst bank I have ever worked with. In most countries its illegal the way they operate. Firstly they raised my credit card limit twice without my permission. Then they charged me AED1055 late fee for an outstanding amount of AED3500. Took me 20min waiting to be told that they back charge you the total outstanding even the amount I have already paid. Just insane!!!

The receptionist Maysa is having just one customer since I walked in, it’s been more than 30mins ,she hasn’t finished the transaction ,it seems like they are just chitchatting without caring somebody is waiting for her, one customer even gave up and left as she came during her break.
after she finished , yet still doesn’t care I’m here at all

Emirates NBD is good bank servies of Emirates. Low of charges on intenational transfor and very low charges.
I find it every where, where i need to use.

Moved in here a couple years ago, its great, besides the junkies screaming and spitting everywhere and all the drugs on the stairs, overall its an amazing place
