Most probably the worst bank in UAE.
Their app is useless. Also, you never get a reply if you submit a request through the app.
My latest experience with their support is the following: I was waiting 30 minutes on the line (yes you read that right) when an agent picked up the phone and when I asked him how can I contact you without waiting 30 mins he started laughing!
1 star is more than enough for your "service"
