Despite seeing all these negative reviews i was shocked to see such brilliance of customer support in the center. Specially Ms. Sarah, who made sure the request i went for went smoothly and offered further assistance too.
You just to have to make sure all the documents are prepared to make there lives easier too. Rules are rules guys, follow em.

Really sorry to say… but this is by far one of the worst business Center’s of Etisalat… the waiting time is like 2 to 3 hours and the service is very very bad… considering the waiting time this place doesn’t have a washroom or even proper seating capacity for the people waiting for this many hours… very bad experience

One of the worst experience in dealing with a company in Dubai. Nightmare whenever visit to the center is required. Minimum waiting time is 2-3 hours even on a workday. Customer's time is 0 importance to them. When you want to buy a new package they will give you within minutes. Can also buy online. But if you have any problems or if you want to cancel, then go to their center and wait 4 hrs before they can help you. And God forbid if any document is not up to their satisfaction then your 4 hrs have just gone down the drain.

One of the worst experience .... Screaming in the middle of everyone to explain something....no need to try to understand why I am here as it is the call center who asked me to come there after discussion... Didn't take time to see if they receive Mai or I don't know why .....

We talking about good services ????????????????????

Don't recommend this company at all as some people who working here just want to go home when you come 30 min before they close ....

Horrible office to be at and sadly it’s the only one serving Dubai. The employees are slow, unprofessional, and don’t seem like they want to work. I wasted my whole day coming here. They will loose my business at this rate. Take a look at their reviews on google. 2.4. It’s just sad to see that they don’t to improve their customer experience especially for business owners. 0 stars for me

This place never fails to make my blood pressure go through the roof. Unbelirvably rude staff, silly rules, everything takes a loooong time. Horrible with all what the word means

Not so great service. Firstly there is no accurate information about the required document. Once the document and all given the representative advised the SIM Card will be active in 10 mins; however, even after 3 hours the SIM was not active and I needed to visit back the center. Absolutely frustrating.

Very bad service…
Unprofessional support from the team, etisalat massive corporate can’t print out a one paper to there clients,

On Saturday and place empty with 5 clients and 7 employees, had to wait more than 20 mins, and with a very bad approach, knowing that myself is etisalat client and wanted to register the company also….

Very bad experience kindly train your employees for costumer service and time management.
