Very bad service. I came to open a bank account, and waited for 2 hours, but the person in counter 4 (9pm on 13th September ) was very rude and didn't explain the issue to me. I went to another bank in the same mall and opened a bank account in few minutes.

Worst service ever. Almost 1h to withdraw cash a Tuesday after-noon... they use the queue ticket system but it seems there are some exceptions...

الخدمة في هذا الفرع بمنتهى السوء، اغلب الاحيان ماكينة atm وحيدة تعمل حتى بعد تحويل اغلب الخدمات لتكون عبرها، حتى انهم لا يهتمون لاصلاح الجهاز لعدة ايام مما يجعل طابور الانتظار طويل في الخارج، مما يشكل خطر في هذه الظروف دون وجود علامات التباعد الاجتماعي على الارض الامر الذي يؤدي لاكتظاظ يمكن تجنبه، حتى ان الموظف المسؤول لم يهتم بالملاحظة وقابلها باستهتار ومنتهى سوء التعامل
