I have been waiting for my parcel for almost 10 days. The application shows that it is in the Al Quoz Delivery center. No call, no message. We called the office ourselves and every time they tell us they will deliver tomorrow, but the package never arrived. Negligent attitude towards their work. How much can you promise that you will deliver??? Give us the opportunity to pick up the parcel ourselves. Parcel urgently needed!

I had one of the worst experiences ever, my shipment was as an Urgent , unfortunately they were unable to deliver it on time , moreover the driver Did NOT contact me or text me about the location, he simply just returned back without even reaching me out.

Even if you want to track your shipment , you will not be able to to get the exact details or at least contact

Worst experience ever. If you have an urgent request , don’t bother waiting as it will not be delivered to you in time no matter how much you request them. I must have spent AED 150 or more for calling them from time to time since yesterday to request an urgent delivery but no luck. The package is out for delivery since 8 am and not yet delivered to me(it’s 2pm now) I stay in greens and the delivery office al quoz is only 10 mins away. They are not even giving me a choice to pick up my package directly by visiting them. So disappointed and helpless.

The parcel was never delivered!!
the delivery guy came , requesting a payment of AED 30 and claimed that he left the parcel on doorstep 2 days ago. When I told him that I did not receive and will send complaint online, he begged me not to complain because he'd lose his job and that he'll pay me the cost of my parcel (AED 500) after 2 weeks!!
Very strange!!!!

Absolutely worse service, the package is being shipped between um ramool delivery Centre and al qouz delivery Centre since the time the package arrive in the country. I have had received no calls or automated messaged from the post office till date !

My parcel has been lying for 6 days. And they didn't send it to me, I really need it. I can't call. Therefore, I am disappointed with the service. If it's possible to get an answer.

I never received my package, said they couldn't deliver it, that was a lie, nobody called or nothing! I sent them 3 emails with the instructions and they still didn't deliver it and now they sent it back! Worst service.
