THERE ARE A LOT TO IMPROVE. They should improve their coordination with the delivery team. I had a shipment sitting in Al Quoz center since 24-APR. After a series of follow up emails, on 27-APR, they finally gave me the option to schedule the delivery date. I scheduled it on Monday of the following week and paid the delivery charges and custom fees ONLINE. The shipment was delivered on 28-APR, and on that same day, received a call from the delivery guy that I had to pay the custom fee. I told the courier that I already paid the charges online and called Emirates Post to confirm that. The delivery guy insisted that it’s not yet paid in their system and threatened to take my shipment back (seriously, after all the hassle? That’s not even his shipment!) as he will have to pay the charges from his own pocket. I called Emirates Post again and had them talked to the courier guy to clarify the issue. Their systems are not synced, and the courier/delivery guy was rude and doesn’t care about the customer. Even when I’ve shown him the PAID status in Emirates Post app, he still wanted to take my shipment back! Very unprofessional!

From my own experience with Emirate Post - AlQuoz industrial area 4.
The service was ok, and rapid
Employees are cooperative and kind
Waiting time wasn’t long
Parking is available
Location is good reachable by people who are working or living in Al Quoz industrial area.

Although it is not very crowded, but it takes sometime to collect your parcel as the service is a bit slow. The good side of this center is the availability of parking throughout the day.

Thank you so much gentlemen, I visited to emirates post in Al quoz fourth first time, I reached 7pm but office closed at 6:30pm. I checked door is close or open but closed. I turn than than one gentleman called me and say come in, and he given respect and he done my work (as I collect Emirates ID). Thank you so much for provide such service. I appreciated.

I always go to this branch everytime I send a parcel and the service was great. Stuff are kind and efficient. But my recent visit was disappointing. Staff are rude. They don't follow the the 1st come 1st serve basis. Even I already have a number will avoid me because I'm sending a parcel, and they will serve other people who came after me.

The counter with the lady is only holding her mobile and not accommodating someone while the crowd is full and only one guy assisting the people how come she is here and just sitting on her chair doing nothing. 12/10/18 9:45 duty the people is just looking at her coz we are waiting for her to press numbers to assist but still no action. People have work needs to finish as soon as possible we hope that we can have good service. Another guy came 10:05am now 2 counter working but still the lady not doing anything at counter 4 .. very bad experience.
