Waiting in long queue 2 counters but 1 is working only take 1 hour to collect just emirates id

Very rude employee.
I had to collect my ID from this center, and it was the first time for me to go there, so it took from me time to reach the branch,Unfortunately I arrived at 4:58, the guy refused to give me the ID and he said it is too late, I told him still there are 2 min, and it will not take from you 1 min to give it to me, then he told me "do not talk too much , get out" which really made me upset and I called the main office to complain, and I'm not gonna leave the subject until this guy get punished of fired.

The employee there told us he’s going for washroom break and went for 20 minutes leaving a long queue behind. And there was no other employee to help!!

Unbelievable awful experience - my emirates id was delievered to the wrong company po box then their solution to me was a suggestion to google their phone number to short it out on my own.

It was a very good experience with EPG yesterday, the staff over the counter was very supportive and helpful.
