Their collection of luxury watches for women are worth buying. Visited time zone watches and bought a nice luxury watch. Staff is nice and friendly, whether you want to buy or just look around they will assist you with all the information. They gave me the best service. Looking forward to visit again. Overall experience was amazing!

I was looking at Rolex GMT and showed my interest. I informed the sales man that I will take the watch to Rolex for a service in dubai. I was very clear that the Watch needs at least one service after 17 years of no service. As they claimed that the Watch was never taken for any service over the 17 years of usage and storage!

The next day when i followed up to see if they accept my offer; they just simply told me “it’s sold”!

It is truly a shame that some special used Rolex Watchs are just floating in the market like this ????????

I was shown a Rolex watch at the Gate Avenue shop, was given the price and details and agreed to buy.

At purchase, they then tell me that the watch is already sold! They also seemed very casual about, advising that this was just a mistake.

Very unprofessional!
