I really had a horrible experience. For 3 days, I had to wait the whole day for the courier person to come, but no one showed up. I called the customer service many times. And every time, they tell me that your shipment is out for delivery and we will call you. No one calls me. At the end of the day, the system says the customer not available when I try to track the shipment. To be honest the service doesn't deserve even one star, but it is the least. I hope my shipment reach soon without any further inconvenience!!!

Went there to send some documents. They didn’t have an envelope for A5 size papers, and the employee asked me to get some envelopes.

When I went back, we started the process, and he was asking for the relevant information. Midway through the process, he refused to continue because his shift was over!

They don’t give any regard for the consumer time. Very disappointed.

Just don't use them. The Emirates Post is awful. Had a very bad experience. Lost my money with Emirates Post. It is impossible to find who is responsible for their mistake. Just awful services.

The staff stayed overtime to help me because I'm flying tomorrow, they worked with care and took me as an indivudual into consideration. God bless them

Visited this post office a number of time the staff always greats you with a smile and I have also noticed the department manager talking to customers and trying to help speed up the process and reduce the wait period for customers really appreciate the effort they are doing especially in customer service

- Notice at the door by " Post office " Suggests you to go to Umm Sequim's office which is about 10-15 mins further drive.
