AVOID this garage at all cost. We paid 9,000 for a full engine replacement and within 25 days the engine malfunctioned. They refused to fix it or give us our money back despite the engine still being within warranty. DO NOT waste your time with these guys, they will take your money and refuse to help when things go wrong! AVOID

Recently visited this garage for a suspension issue.
The staff explained the work that had to be done and provided a clear estimate for the job, all the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure my car was ready on time.
Overall, I had an excellent experience at engine bay garage, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.
A big thank you to Omar for the excellent service !

I know Engine Bay and Ossama for 3 years now and been going here to service my BMW, also referring this garage to my friends who also owns bmw's. They really know what they are doing here to fix my car and my friends cars and the service cost is also the best! Never had an issue going here from the first time I have them fixed my car.

The mechanic is so Proffesional which is came with mini Cooper car they were immediately found the exact issues which so helpful for me and total service also outstanding

Not recommended at all !!
At the end of the service or whatever you’re going to fix they will add extra charges without saying anything which you’re gonna fight and bargain for paying part of it.

Plus they don’t seem really confident on what they do. Part of problems have come out again on my car.

Extremely slow and expensive as well (took 3 weeks for my car). ????????????????????????

BE CAREFUL the positive reviews on them are FAKE !!

Crashed my boyfriend's car - They fixed it and he didn't even notice ????
If he ever finds out it's because of this review not because they did something wrong. It looks brand new! Will definitely be back - I mean hopefully not but lets see how it goes.

Excellent experience overall in the garage with my car. Great customer service, guys explained everything as they were finding it, reasons why the issue happened and how urgent it is to fix or what it means in the long run/next steps/future issues, etc.
Very attentive to how dependent I am on my car and accommodating towards my schedule.
Overall I trust this place completely and have recommended them to my friends as well!
