Visited last week regarding issues with horn and airbag. I was informed that the spiral cable need to be changed. meanwhile, I did the oil change and general inspection. I was informed that the estimate for the repair works will be provided in around 2 days. It's been one week and I still haven't received any response. I called them few days ago and I was informed that they will call me back. But I never received a call. I called them again today and they attended and kept me on hold for a bit and just hung up. Really disappointed with the customer care and will update the review if there is any update from Nippon .
Update:
Received the quote the same day as my initial review.

Whenever you think your car need a spa time please or a real good care, look no further head straight to Nippon auto repair. Good customer service, friendly staff and you might have to give some time because good things take time to happen.
