Started with a fitness journey back in 2020 and was recommended reaching out to Enhance as I become a member of Gymnation. It has been one of best fitness decisions till date. There are trainers that push you to your limits but there are trainers with Enhance that educate you on so many things that you can apply when youre not training (Nutrition + Lifestyle etc) and I strongly recommend training with Satyam (Burdubai Branch).

Highly Recommend - they are by far the best personal training service in the region and they can really guide you through every step of the way. They maintain high standards and as I have tried quite a few of their trainers, I’ve noticed that their team has always ensured all their trainers are professional, ethical, and provide the right kind of training. Also since I have a busy lifestyle, they’ve been really helpful in getting me started with my fitness goals and providing professional training anywhere, anytime.

Best personal training service! I have been training with Enhance Fitness for over 3 years and really enjoy the convenience. Their trainers come to you anywhere you are, the app makes booking and payment extremely easy. I have tried multiple personal trainers and workout styles, all incredible! Can't recommend this service enough.

Fantastic experience so far. Azat is the best trainer. He is kind, friendly, good humour, very pleasant to be with, but pushing me hard and very professional always. I could not have asked for a better trainer. Great trainer and great person.

I have been training at Enhance for over 4 months now, and I cannot recommend it enough. The trainers that I have worked with have all been very attentive to my needs, and they always make me feel mentally and physically refreshed after a workout! The trainers are warm, encouraging, and very engaging; the exact motivation I need! Another thing I love about Enhance is its diverse training styles that have helped me challenge myself and be open to trying something new. I never thought I'd take a boxing class, but I did and now it's part of my fitness routine!

I use the Enhance Fitness App and right from the start I had the best experience. Firstly, Hazel is a superstar, she's always so helpful with suggestions & solution finding! Then, she partnered me with a superstar Trainer (I'm inclined not to mention her name so her slots don't fill up too much - 'cause she's MINE.) But I will - Rousinaar. If you want to be encouraged, challenged and have a Partner along the way, 'Enhance' is it.

I have visited Enhance Gym at Al Quoz few days before ,I'm fully satisfied with their customer service. I met Farheen who explained each and every thing precisely and offered a session with Amal which was absolutely amazing. I am impressed by the way they care about their clients! Keep it up

Initially I thought subscribing for a personal trainer wont be of a great deal, however on Jan 28th Ms. Carmella just flipped my thought other way round. Not been a month but the result I wanted is been shown. Thanks Carmella for your effort and trusting in me.
