Bad service and very slow I ask the Man to put for me a petrol for 110 and then he say to me that the system not working so he say I will put little more like 115 so how come u say like this its my choice not u. Second thing I ask him to clean my infront glass he say we don't have to clean it and then i told him how come u dont have and then he went to his supervisor and then the supervisor show him the things to clean it so how come he dont know where its and how come he talk with me like this is it correct ?? Am every time going to same petrol pump its near to my house so please take the staff for training and show them the things to clean the glass. Bad experience.

Compact filling station with one entrance and 2 exits, one to Amman street and other to Lulu village.
Also has a drive through McDonald's.
The zoom store provides all convenience products including food items.

Date: 31/10/2015

Left home early for work at 5:45 am instead of 6:00am. Reached the pump at 05:50 am. There was only one guy there for two pumps. I waited till 6:00 am to get my tank filled. Exactly at 06:00 he stopped everything and started to stand there at his counter. Perplexed, I got outside the car and asked him to fill my car, to which he replied that his shift ended at 06:00. I asked him where the replacement is , to which he replied they are on their way. I said I need to be at work by 06:30 am and that I need to go all the way till the Al qudra cycle track which is a half hour drive. He said the replacement is will be here any moment. I waited till 06: 07 am and had to drive away without filling and still ended up late for work due to unusual traffic on Saturday morning. Normally their customer service is good. But this was unacceptable since the have "At your service" written on the back of their uniforms. I know no one would care for this review. But I just wanted let people know this incident anyway. The employee was an African but I couldn't get his name. People expect better service from the employees of a reputed company like Eppco Enoc especially in place like Dubai. Shame this happened and I home it doesn't happen to anyone again.

Good place to purchase petrol and masala dosas. Chutney is very tasty.
