First, the prices of all items are higher than other retailers (even when the ly show fake promotions). Second, the App keeps crashing and shows so many errors even their technical team couldn't know what the issues were and it takes hours to fix it. Third, after placing an order and completing the payment they sent messages that most of the items were wrong and it increased by more than 50%.
Very very bad experience with Simples elGerocer and Food.
