Friendly staff, helpful and they did not force any other products on us, Just what I was looking for and even agreed to let my son build his custom pc with them since he was a beginner.

Very bad after sales service. They don't comply to the UAE Consumer rights. Product faulty still under 1Y warranty, they refuse to repair or refund.

The place is elegant... If you want PC stuff for gamers they provide but maintenance are not professional.... Went to them with my PC have an issue and they told me to buy parts still didn't solve!!!

After two weeka of coming going they told me we can't fix it!!

They even tried to convince me to purchase a new PC!!! Very unprofessional service i better go to Al Fahidi they will fix it in no time
