Initially found it really difficult to find this place even though it was placed opposite to Union Metro Station. Felt like people around just know the least of that place.
After around 1 hr I found this place, which I could have reached within 10 minz.
It might be because many were tourist like me and would be new in this country.
Big building with free WiFi for visitors which was truly helpful.

Sales are very rude. One called the company and asked us to disconnect with du because she has some offers and wanted us to get one. They keep calling every single day. If you are interested in one of their offers, you won’t get one because of their way of contacting. This is not a good way for sales and marketing. Guys you need to double check your sales team. They don’t even know what they are doing. Very rude and not professional at all.

Today someone she go to Etesalat and she asked for personal ting on my number and the told her everything even the sim car under my name and when I call to make complaint what the told me that if anyone have ur id copy the can come and give us the last 5 number and we can told him about ur personal SIM card there no privacy with that someone come to the shop and asked for my number and the give him details on my SIM card

Thank a lot to Ms Asiya for her help and amazing service and treat her customer until I feel like my mom or family. I saw all the staff are polite. It's really the best using Etisalate. It's near to the Union metro station exist 2 and work for 10 mins or take the bus which go to the airport and take only one stop and drop at the etisalat head office bus-stop and from there only 4 mins work.

Worst customer service center on earth, I had to wait for more than 2 hours standing!!! To do business transaction!!! Buy some chairs ! Hire more staff !!! You are getting massive amounts from customers invest a little in their comfort and satisfaction!!!

You guys need to treat customers and their time with respect. I would have paid you around 30000 or more over these years being a loyal customer. However the way your after sales works is not professional. For any new service applied you never give a time frame for visit so the customer has to sit at home for the entire day?
