Disrespectful behavior towards customers, not giving proper answers to questions, unsatisfactory service is all from the staff. 3 times i visited for one service, everytime they are changing their terms and conditions, very worst service ever i have experienced.

very irresponsible management .I went to pay my due payment , customer service team advised to pay amount to a wrong account which is not mine , after payment my number was not active , next day also i visited there for same concern . as per them, wrong account number was given because if a technical error and they cannot refund or transfer money to my account . no one there is helping even it is their fault. They asked me to sent mail to Etisalat which is also not helping . very poor service , i cant believe such things happening in Dubai.
