After I got the worst experience at Burjuman branch I came here, it's totally different, very fast and very nice people. John helped me in a nice way.

I thought only i face there rude behavior and ignored by agents worst service. Only if you have reference they will assist you without token number. And if you ask them about your number they will talking rudely. Not deserving even 1 star

Staff does not know what they are doing!!! not helpful at all!!!! So inconvinient.
The 1 staff refuse to give me a service number and insisted i use the machine for a new sim card. I ended up waiting again in line for a transaction that could have been done together with getting a replacement card!!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! i ended up waiting more!!!
Waste of time!!! the staff are just chitchatting!!!

I was being served today from an individual named Ahmed Hameda Ahmed Mahmmoud at the DCC service centre. The guy was extremely rude, racist, and overall he had a very negative attitude. He was a loud mouth with no humble tone. Guys like these really create a negative impact on your experience and I count this as harassment. I need your team to action the harassment we have faced and let us know what the action taken was.

Visited dcc Etisalat branch , v unprofessional behaviour of staff specially one african staff was focusing more on chit chat gossips with arabic speaking ppl and ppl with token were just waiting. He had a very rude behaviour. Even when we wanted to ask something, he said wait did I call you?? Ppl of his own nationality were coming later and attended at first priority.Regret to visit this branch

On a Saturday today , running with 3 staffs only. Can expect minimum hours to serve, pack your meal & bring it , also no place to seat, with well aware of shortage in serving staffs.

I'l never recommend to visit this outlet staff don't know how to talk Specially filipino salman his name I think (ronel short guy) acting like his customer and I am the salesman poor coustomer service every all staff not
help full????????definitely I'l chenge my sim ASAP
