Nice huge store of Zara with decent collection in one of the oldest malls . There is men/ women and kids section . Most of the people in the store and some staff don’t wear mask anymore . Staff always look really busy and hard to approach which is quite standard for Zara stores . But overall a good location , big selection and relatively less busy than other locations .

Zara is an international clothing brand with a wide variety of products . The cloths at Zara are quite expensive but they are worth buying. The quality of the products we buy from Zara are incredibly awesome ????. Zara is located in the first floor of Deira city center . Zara has many outlets all over uae ????????. We can buy a lot of products at Zara including shoes , dress , cosmetics, accessories etc .

Shoutout to the Junior Sales Associate: HUSSAIN- ZARA Deira City Center Branch

The behavior of this employee was consistently rude and unprofessional, which greatly affected my overall impression of the company.

During my interaction with this employee, their demeanor was consistently disrespectful and dismissive. They appeared disinterested in assisting me and displayed a lack of basic courtesy. Their tone of voice was condescending, and they failed to address my concerns with the level of professionalism I expected.

Not only did this employee's behavior contribute to a negative experience, but it also hindered the resolution of my issue. Their lack of attentiveness and failure to provide adequate information led to unnecessary delays and frustration.

Despite my attempts to remain calm and address the situation, the employee showed no willingness to rectify their behavior or provide a satisfactory resolution. This further demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service skills.

It is disappointing to encounter an employee who clearly disregards the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and empathy, and this particular employee fell significantly short of those expectations.

I sincerely hope that ZARA takes appropriate action to address the behavior of this employee. It is crucial for the reputation of the company and the satisfaction of its customers that all employees adhere to higher standards of professionalism and customer service.

In the future, I would strongly advise the company to invest in training programs to ensure that all employees understand the importance of treating customers with respect and providing a positive experience. Really bad experience with the lady at the cashier. Haneen (the name). She was super distracted kept us waiting and then when we mentioned we are in a hurry, she spoke absolutely rudely. We were there to purchase and the way she spoke, what do you want me to do, stand there with the cash.
Absolutely not acceptable behavior.
She was talking and going around and as a customer just asked her to speed up the process as we were waiting there in front of her for almost 15 mins!

Arrogant staff !!! Being a Zara customer back in India I thought of visiting here as well and to check on the clothing line. But to my surprise I was taken aback by this Zara representative in jacket section who said you can't try the winter jackets by standing next to rack, and I can be fined for trying it there. I don't know where in the world this rule has come to jacket trials that we need to use fitting room for the same. This particular Zara representative had an arrogant tone and angry expressions while telling us as if he doesn't anyone to touch unless one is sure of buying it that too without a trial. I can't forget the pathetic customer experience especially in Dubai which in itself is known for great shopping experience, also from a premium international outlet like Zara.
Zara - Surprised to know your shopping rules & such bad customer experience.

One of my favourite Zara’s in town. It’s a large store, not busy and amazing variety of items and sizes. The best is that I can actually find my size and not having to run into too many people over it.

A male staff was rude with me at this store when I enquired with about sizes of the product in stores across dubai
Later a female was very helpful in guiding to a different store across Dubai

Tried out this Zara branch, and Abraham the cashier was very helpful. Excellent customer service to every staff.
