Disastrous app! I cant pay my bill through the app and got cut off. In the app it shows that the bill is fully paid though. Support system does not work at all. It is a shame for such company to have these bugs all the time. Charging these crazy amounts you do not have an excuse to provide the worst service ever.

Horrible experience. The staff was not helpful at all. Inspire of telling her what needs to be done, she refused to do so. My sim is not working now after 2 days.

This has to be the worst Etisalat store I have ever visited. Staff were super rude and not at all helpful. Seems like they are interested to serve just the VIP/privileged customers. Visited here to get a physical sim card took a token. Explained our purpose of visit to the guy and he asked us to wait. After 30mins of waiting, our token was called and the lady said we took the wrong option while taking the token. She was super rude and asked us to take proper one. Atleast help us in getting the correct token. So again after some time, they asked us to use the kiosk to get the sim!! If kiosk can be used for sim replacement, atleast inform us that option while we explained the purpose of visit. Super disappointed with the service.

Etisalat and employees there just taking money from you and offering just to buy cover or screen protector instead of doing service which was requested. I came to replace a SIM card , from old phone to the new , and Noora Hadrami was keep offering my to buy a stuff from the shop , instead of checking does my phone have an option of e-sim card , I pays 25 Aed , and after that she discovered thaty phone doesn’t have an option for that, and I have to pay again 25 dirham for her mistake . I called her manager Mostafa Abdelhakim which was my mistake , because he couldn’t help me as well . I’m the end , they told me a have to come after 2 hours to get a physical SIM card , because their system is not allowing them to get a SIM card !!!!

Can't order a new iPhone when it's not in stock. Have to keep coming in to see if they have it available. Like I've got nothing better to do?
