A huge fan of Adidas but the staff is just not up to the mark! There is no such thing as customer service there! Very poor from a global brand! Online shopping is better than this! Maybe go to the Nike store and learn some customer service from them :)

The sales girl at the mall is very rude. She was seen behaving very indecently with one of the customers who was shopping for shoes. Firstly She kept the family waiting for 15 minutes just to get the shoes from the store house. Secondly she was very impolite when the little girl asked for a different colour. Just for the record to easily track her. She was a thin filipino. watching her bad attitude was a complete turn off. If she is reading this then she knows who she is. please mend your ways as this behaviour will not be tolerated by anyone.
