Biggest scam i have had. I am shocked that I wanted to leave as soon as i am done. Just had the worst experience ever. Even the Thai massage at Global village is more professional and real massage experience than here.
This for many reasons. They only cared about charging me money the moment i stepped there without even taking my name or anything else. No respect of my time at all.

As i am staying at sofitel jbr i found it easier to book with European Spa since they are in the same hotel. But i never expected it to be far from the hotel level.
First: the front desk person didnt sound welcoming on phone (and later in person) she only gave me 2 option for a massage opposite to what the site and adv says. They only have Relaxing massage or swedish one. No details on the rest or the reason the rest of the advertised massages are not available.
Second: the place does not look or smell like a therapeutic place. No smells of herbs or essentials oils. Too small to be a spa. The wait erea is two small chairs in a narrow hallway. They let me wait outside in the cold lounge area .
Third: my appointment was 11pm. I came 10:15 waited until 11:10 talked to them they told me to wait inside for anothet 7-10mins. This was not considered when started the massage she ended at 12:00am sharp! I had enough and just wanted to go i dont want to argue.
Fourth: no heated bed. For the price i paid 630 i would expect a heated bed as any other spa who charged 300-400. I regret not going to my previous spa with 400aed with heated bed and steam room and tea with snack after.
5th: the room is cold.. no way you will be relaxing with an aircon and sounds of fans and other devices seems to be working.
6th: no hair dryer! I went to my toom with wet hair.
The massage itself is as if the therapist was smothering me with little to no oil with no sent. Also her hair contributed to the process as i could feel her hair touching my arms and back. I would give her credit massaging my lower back and thats it.
I would not go there again.

I visited the European spa yesterday and before , I really love massage and sometimes you don't always get what you want. But this time I was lucky, they have very good therapists. I visited Marina and Alena once, both were professionals, they have very strong hands, good technique and energy. I highly recommend, thank you ????????

This place is awesome. Visiting Dubai for the first time and decided to give it a try. Best massage I ever had anywhere in the world. And I get a lot of massages lol. Don't miss it if youre in town. Ask for Alice.
