I stayed at this hotel for four nights and five days at the end of July and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect - literally a minute's walk from Jumeirah beach and the promenade. I really liked that the location allows you to access so many attractions and amenities without walking more than a minute or so.

The customer service was good and the housekeeping staff were brilliant, helping my son and I with all our requests. Shivan was very attentive and helpful. However, I felt that complimentary snacks should have been provided when we arrived because this is something I've become accustomed to at five star hotels, but unfortunately they weren't provided.

The decor inside the hotel and in the room is splendid. Our room was wonderful and the interior was very current. However, the room was a little on the small side in comparison to other five star hotels I've stayed at.
The swimming pool provides a beautiful view of the beach and the Arabian Sea but it is a very basic pool and it is very small. I also didn't like that people were smoking in the actual pool when children were present.

We opted for breakfast rather than half-board and when I saw the dinner buffet that I had not opted for, I was very happy I had opted for breakfast only. The breakfast is good but the dinner buffet is very limited.

Excellent location and the views from rooms. However, the one thing that separates it from competition - is staff and their attentiveness and helpfulness.

Wanted to separately mention night shift manager Ali, who assisted us with check-in issues, solved all our problems and then checked in on us each day if everything is fine. That's what I call customer service. This man should be promoted.

Highly recommended for a relaxing stay. Ill definitely return.

The hotel has many advantages that make it worth staying in. First of all I would like to mention its location. Boutiques, restaurants and other things are located relatively close to the hotel. I was also pleased with the level of service provided. Many thanks to Alia at reception for her quick response and good recommendations.

Amazing hotel at a great location. The staff is very friendly, very helpful all the time and service is just perfect. Rooms of course very clean, spacious and comfortable with amazing view and a nice balcony. Fantastic breakfast with pretty much everything you can think of. Very nice pool and a two minute walk from the beach. I highly recommend it if you are planning a comfortable, luxurious, relaxing holiday in Dubai

From the moment we arrived my partner and I were greeted with exceptional quality service. Staff were very attentive, lenient with check in/out and the amenities were great. Cannot recommend this place more ????

Amazing hotel, everything we expected and more! Very lavish and wonderful attentive staff! Thank you to Madhu and Noori (sorry if I spent wrong) for their housekeeping- they even made a cute elephant and shared a lovely note so thank you! There is nothing to fault- ideal location, super sweet staff, comfortable environment with loads of amenities and facilities, definitely coming back!

Amazing brunch! So much options from seafood , grill, sushi, meats, cheese and desserts! And they accept entertainer for Saturday brunch!
Worth mentioning the best service by Roj! Thank you for attending our table

I like this hotel for different reasons:
1- Location.
2- Room size and arrangement.
3- Room Service.
4- Breakfast buffet.
5- Many other facilities are around such as restaurants, shops cinemas, Marina Mall.
Also I would like to thanks the management especially Ms. Rania from the customer service as there was a misunderstanding about the request for my special occasion but she managed very successfully and I and my wife enjoyed the arrangement and the service.
I recommend this hotel for couples who want to celebrate their anniversary. Also recommended for families as it is near to beach.
