Mr. Azeem Ejaz from Al Barsha branch is a brilliant instructor who prepared me well for the Assessments. He was patient and gave me the confidence in driving. Lessons are very focused, identified and corrected my mistakes and helped me to develop a good driving habit. Not a single minute had been wasted. Really can’t thank him enough. Would highly recommend !

They are asking ex students and current students to give 5 star ratings. You can imagine the level of customer service excellence is providing

please do not go there this people will take your money and lie to you if you cancel you class you will loos your money. they will say it wont but when you cancel they will say sorry your you need to pay

there is no option to reschedule the class .

excellence just need you money that's it..

if your planning for charity excellence is best otherwise better don't go near to it they will take your money

It was an amazing experience. Excellence driving helped me a lot in every step. Ljaz Mahmood from sales in Al qusais he explained me and guided me in every step with patience and good attitude, Almas my instructor was really helpful, she really care about every single mistake and help you to improve it, I could have my license in the shorter time than I expected thanks to her. She is the best.

Their call center are not knowing their bus shuttle time and route.only thing they could provide you is driver number.
So if you are using their FREE ( as per their call center bus service is not included in our paid fees, its their company favour) 1st you waste ur time call hot line to get driver number then you call driver.

They charge me for absenteeism fees 105aed for my class which I attended physically in their main school and attended with instrutor 2 hrs .

Very poor system.

Not recommend ????

This is how these guys work at 11 am. Spent 2 hours of waiting for anybody here. Nobody was here.

Update. I found instructors and they told me “we don’t know if he is here. We don’t have any phone numbers you can reach out our center”
Ridiculous driving center which don’t care about clients

Great driving school especially if Mr. Asif Naqab coaches you.
Passed all my tests from the first attempt. Amazing personality, mentor, and friend. If you’re applying just ask for Mr. Asif and expect your license to be out asap.

NOT Excellence Driving School
You can come and wait 1 hour for the employee.
You can come for the training and after going 1 km to other place cause instructor parked there.
You can ask employee to make appointment for road test in the morning but they do it in the evening.
Different instructors may give you conflicting instructions for the same traffic situation.
