Worst Customer handling by Mr Rohit. Not even bother to show the watches while purchasing.Customer needs to rush for selecting product. He needs to close before store timing.came to shop by 10.20 during weekend(Friday).Purchased the item.It will be better if u can train your team to deal with customers.

Wanted a specific watch from a limited stock (only four peices were available all over UAE) and the executive - Mr. Akhil, had reached out beyond his capacity of not just contacting other stores within the Rivoli network or going the extra mile himself but also had his manager intervene to secure me the watch I had requested for. The collection was arranged duly in time. I was kept informed throughout the procurement process. This store is ideally located. Any watch from within Rivoli group's dealership network can be secured from this store, with the exception of certain high tier brands. Good quality checks. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.
