I would like to refer to the negative comment of Abderrahmane Khalifa. It was me who came to Expert Touch garage with a middleman to do a health check of the car that I was considering to buy from Auto Bank, which he represents. He wasn't even there, therefore he could not know what was said nor place any comments about the service.

Another lie is that the mechanic claimed that the coolant replacement costs AED5,000, he has never said that. The mechanic noticed that the coolant box is full of dirt (as seen in the attached picture) and suggested it could be caused by the problem with engine oil cooler, transmission oil cooler, or oil filter housing. When I asked about the rough cost of fixing all these things - he told me he would need to investigate but roughly few thousands.

I am thankful for his advice. I’m glad I didn’t purchase a car from a company that unfairly accuses anyone (in this case a very reliable mechanic) and hides their own faults.

I will continue to use his service, he has never let me down.

Very impressed! I bought a second hand car off Dubizzle. The previous owners of the car recommended this garage and I'm not sruprised. Jarek took the time to present a professional quote based on the finding of the pre-buying inspection report. Other garages I had contacted couldn't be bothered to do this. My car was fixed within the agreed time. He even went out of his way to get me quotes on tyres and leather repair which is not in his domain of business. Even threw in a blind spot mirror for free and gave recommendations. What you see is what you get. Pocket-friendly, professional and personal service. Will use again!

Mr. Jarek (Yarek) is very honest, detail-oriented, and priced fairly. I have maintained my car at his place for 2+ years now, and all the jobs were done very professionally, and on time. Highly recommended!!!

I have just had my car fixed at Perfect Touch Garage and I am extremely pleased with the honesty and knowldge of the manager Jarek. After trying several times to get it fixed it in other garages which were about to rip me off I have found a true expert and at the same time a genuine person who is Jarek. Instead of giving me the most expensive option he chose the cheapest and most reliable and the speed of the service was great. Very Professional. Highly Recommend !

Service seemed to be really good and professional. Then after one week and after quite big fare car spoiled again.

After coming there once again owner said it's not a big issue and I can drive. He will figure it out in the meantime(few days after). Unfortunately to me, On my way back home my car went crazy. Now whole engine required replacement.
Unreliable and unprofessional service.
