Bike lovers paradise.
All sorts of Trek options for various budgets. I have sincerely admired the beauty of speed trackers for Aed 50-60 thousands.

Summer sale (psst, great secret!) is on. 30% off for selected models

I have put an eye for lovely hybrid as we happen to live by the park and it will be my summer morning workouts thing.

Bike! Cant wait to go get it.

My wife and I visited Trek Bicycle Store Dubai, and both recommend giving them a visit.

We ended up buying both our bikes and the accessories from them.

The service was excellent. All staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful.

The prices were also great. We got our bikes and accessories with a 30% + discount.

Will definitely go back for anything else we may need.

Me and my friends bought our bicycles here in TREK Sheikh Zayed Branch. On my first visit it was Jose who have assisted us and was very helpful. After couple of days we came back and Billy accommodated us and he was very friendly, approachable, patient and detailed/informative about the bicycle I chose which is Dual Sport 1 (Lava Color). He adjusted my bicycle according to my proper measurement, made sure I will be safe in a long run. He also helped us loading both bicycles in my car. We got our bikes in a very affordable price with guaranteed quality as it has a lifetime warranty (Local/ International). Billy also taught us how to register our bicycles. Would definitely recommend this shop! Thank you TREK SZR Branch. :)

I recently visited Trek Bicycle store and I am pleased to say that I had a wonderful experience with excellent service from Billy. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. His expertise in the products and services will guarantee that you leave the store feeling satisfied and confident in your purchase.

Being an intermediate rider, I had many questions and concerns, but Billy answered them all with patience and understanding, and helped me choose the right gear and accessories that perfectly fit my needs. He offered excellent recommendations and even went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I had the best shopping experience possible.

Overall, I highly recommend Trek Bicycle store and especially applaud Billy's great help. He truly made my experience unforgettable and I will definitely return for future purchases. Bought an eMTB - it had some minor “being new” issues and Billy at the store provided an amazing service and follow up - world-class. People make 50% of the experience and he is the guy to get your bike with - very knowledgeable and solution focused making the Trek experience amazing. And one more thing - had a lot of bikes but the Trek bike is by far the best. Can only recommend the Trek store - ask for Billy.

Highly recommended!✅✅✅ looking for bike? Yes there is so much out there in dubai! I’ve visited so many bike shop u named it! But this shop would make you special all staff are so friendly! Literally everyone specially Mr Jason and Karl even all mechanics! But who makes us to buy 3bikes in one night? Its Mr.Billy!!! Hell yeah his Customer service from top to bottom with so much knowledge in bikes even all accessories he will be with you just to make you satisfied definitely worth to buy!!! And no regrets that i choose this brand and shop!!! Even after purchase he will help you in all u want for your bike.. amazing amazing amazing!!!! Billy i hope u can read this how much we thank you! I had my bike for service replacing some parts. I am sorry to say that they did not do a really good job. As an example, the wheel build they did on my new rear hub resulted in a wobbly wheel and I had to get it redone in a foreing country since I had left Dubai.

After a short talk they agreed to refund me the money I paid for the bike mechanic hours. Everyone can have a bad day at the office regardless of how skilled you are. What is important is to make it good again which they did.

However, I feel the two stars are fair as I would have expeced more from such a professional shop. I'm sure this was just a one off incident.

Very friendly welcome from the team; excellent, thorough eye examination; time and patience taken when choosing frames and discussing lens requirements. Mandy took the time to ensure the lenses I had suited my particular requirements for computer screen use and general office use! Very pleased with my new glasses and the level of service received from everyone. Happy to recommend!

I was well overdue an Eye test and as they were within walking distance I thought I would try the local Opticians, and I can't reccomend them highly enough.

Staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly, the test itself was carried out with great care and on time. The rest of the team (sorry i didn't catch the names) were very helpful giving honest advice on lenses and frames.

I'm very happy with my new glasses will definitely be coming back again :)

I rarely give 5* reviews but this friendly, independent opticians, deserve it. Customer service is lacking in most establishments, so it's nice to have such an excellent experience. Those reviews are justifiable. It was for this reason that I visited their establishment

Staff in the store are wonderfully helpful. I returned to have glasses slightly adjusted again they were amazing. Really helpful and I will be returning when I need my next pair of glasses

Today probably a year on i popped in for a minor adjustment with my two year old son. The staff were so kind, helpful as always and even kept my son busy with a little treat so I could get the adjustment completed. I have recommended the store to my friends previously and will continue to do so.

There are not many places you receive such kind and superb customer service but you certainly do here.

I travel 30 minutes from where I live to go to this Opticians because the level of care and service I have received has been outstanding. The staff are very thorough and explain everything and are good fun with the children’s eye tests. The equipment is fantastic and provides detailed info and the staff took great care to help me select glasses that really suited my face shape and skin tone etc, would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Barnham Opticians. Everyone, from the receptionist team to the Opticians themselves, were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful.

My appointment was on time and, once my test was completed, I had time to browse the glasses and select the frames I liked. The range of glasses was extensive and there were plenty to try on yet at no point did I feel rushed. Mandy and Jackie shared their opinion and helped me narrow down my options. I was very happy with the cost of the glasses and was surprised to hear they offered 12 months of interest-free credit. I was also very impressed by how quickly my glasses were back in the shop ready to be collected.

In addition to my own appointment, I took my 3 year old son along for his first appointment. He can be shy at times, however our optician Ellie was incredibly kind and talked him through the process and even made it fun for him!

Overall, my experience of Barnham Opticians was 5* from start to finish and I highly recommended them.

Incredibly friendly staff, very professional throughout. The big chains of opticians just don't seem to put as much effort in.

There is a great array of frames to choose between and once again the staff give great advice on what suits you best.

You only get 1 set of eyes and this opticians is a great choice of where to go to keep them at their absolute best.
