Somewhere in the Al Qudra region you find the Expo Lake beautifully made and amazing place to camp with friends and family. Neat and clean and you would be amazed to see the various kind of fishes, birds and ducks. Very serene and calm. The road towards Expo Lake is nice. You have a nice stopover at the Bird Watching view point Pad and the sunset is lovely to watch from there. On the way you get to see some wildlife like the Oryx, Gazelle, Bustard bird… so the feel is really good. Worth going if you intend to have a nice quite evening with dear ones…????

Note: Carry your food and camping or picnic stuff else you will not get anything nearby.

Awesome location for a weekend barbecue, Expo Lake is located in Al Quadra Dubai. There are several islands surrounded by trees and greenery, all together the lake resembles expo 2020 logo from the top. The view of sunset from here is amazing. You can see variety of Birds and Gazelles around the region. The main activities you can plan walk, run, or bike ride around the lake or paddle boat on the lake.

You must go off-road to reach the destination, so an ideal off-road vehicle is preferred. Ample parking and other amenities are available. Keep enough lights on if you plan to barbecue after sunset.

Nice lake for picnic & barbeque. Though no lights are there in surrounding, there are lights on center island which can be crossed from pathways created to walk across on water. There is no restaurant or any eatery here or at love lake, so better take your food & water.

Beautiful lakes developed in the desert. Here you can do camping, barbecue and other activities with your family and friends. Nice clean and well managed place…R

Very nice place to visit. Good for BBQ camping. But we have to make sure we carry proper camping lights as there is inadequate lighting in the night.

Best place for family get together
Best place for spending evening
Best place for weekend
Need more toilets and Baby care rooms
Need cleaning staffs in toilets on weekends
Need some cafeteria or mini restaurant or small grocery shop

Need some more lighting facilities……….

Beautiful..Great for bbq and camping..washrooms are very clean. Walking in the water was fun with kids. There is a 5 km off-road so Last Exit is the place where you get all the shops..Saw Orynx but couldn’t click pictures though ????

Best out of all other lakes around. Good facilities, good lighting. Perfect early morning sceneries.
