Highly experience and genuine people.. Always suggest what's best for the customer and guided them patiently which I highly appreciate. Their staff were able to finish the works very quickly. Will recommend this place to anyone who wants to get tires but have no clue which to choose.

Professional Staff, Warm and Friendly... the owner Mr, Fayaz is more of a problem solver which is very rare to find in the auto Industry. I have been dealing with them for past 6 months and their service and ability to find the problem and repair instead of just replace is very impressive.

Fayaz, the owner, and his team are a highly experienced and very competent bunch... They investigate the issue methodically and patiently discuss options with car owners... Complete peace of mind when you leave your vehicle in their capable hands!

Excellent service provided by Fayaz and team. Unlike typical tyre shops with very bad customer relationship skills, Fayaz and team understand your need and suggest a suitable product or solution. Very professional service. I have seen luxurious and expensive cars being serviced too. A must go to place for tyres replacement and vehicle servicing.

Their service is superb, as this is my 1 stop solution to my vehicle needs. They have great team who are very friendly, and have offered me the best advice & solution for my vehicle related problems. Their team members starting from Mr Fayaz, Hussain, Anas, have always given special attention.

Very professional and genuine garage. No unwanted drama or showing fears of this and that. I was highly impressed by their service. Changed tyres, balancing, alignment and break pads. Very reasonable cost. No longer needed to go to Sharjah now.

What a fascinating day out in my home town of Bishop Auckland with my childhood neighbour today.

We got excellent views over the town and castle and up Weardale from Auckland Tower (creatively shaped like a siege engine), then went to the amazing Spanish art gallery with amazing 17th-century paintings by Zurburán, a copy of Velaquéz’s Las Meninas (with an informative, well-designed video describing the scene) and paintings by other renowned Spanish artists of that era.

We also had a delicious lunch at El Castillo tapas restaurant. For dessert I had the delightful almond tarta de Santiago with St James’s cross (la cruz de Santiago) on top of it. Very apt, given the religious nature of many of the paintings and the fact that Bishop Auckland is on the Camino Inglés (the English strand of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in northern Spain, which the cake is historically linked to).

We also had a lovely walk around Auckland Castle park, including visiting the beautiful unique deer house, Trevor’s bridge (named after Bishop Trevor who bought the Zurburán paintings in the first place) and a pyramid-shaped obelisk.

It was truly a delightful day. I’m so pleased we bought an annual pass for The Auckland Project, as there’s lots more to see. We were particularly impressed too by the attentiveness, passion and knowledge of every Auckland Project volunteer and staff member we met. We will definitely be back before long to see more of the town’s beautiful and interesting sights such as the Mining Art Gallery and Auckland Castle itself.

Great day out, loved the huge garland and the Neopolitan Nativity. Project X was amazing. Staff were the friendliest ever.

Place used to be great until they tore apart everything in a desperate attempt to drive tourism to this dying town.

Firstly, they scam their customers by charging them an immense amount of money for the most minal quality things. I'll be honest here and say I would rather throw £20 in the bin instead of buying 2 chocolate brownies that look and taste like they were pulled straight from a School Diner.

I can't and won't blame the staff. They do a solid job. The issue is that The Auckland project is ran by a majority of volunteers who spend most of their free time dedicated to this project. At least pay them with the obscene amount of money they charge for basic access to the welcome tower/Art Gallery.

My main issue is what they are doing with the Inside of the Castle Grounds. They totally disregard basic morality by ripping apart people's life work just for some extra cash. Imagine pouring years of your life into making the castle look beautiful, only to see everything get massacred because of the Auckland Project. Fields that once habered happiness, fun and memories have been reduced to overgrown messes of grass and weeds. All for a possible monopoly on the Castle.

So in conclusion, I would rather walk on Lego for a decade than ever step foot into this dying place ever again. The owner is completley delusional , (i.e. Throwing a tantrum and threatning to pull his money out of the town) as well as wanting to destroy the environment just for some cash. In a town where I've seen more abandoned buildings than open ones , It is disgusting that Mr. Ruffer prioritises wealthy customers over his own staff and townspeople.

I can only imagine the organisers are going for a very select and rich customer base. £70+ for the castle, grounds and Spanish art for a family of 4 is just not financially reachable for most people. Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable but it’s not a family friendly day out.

Had a fab afternoon at the castle and Miners Art Museum! The staff were incredibly attentive, informative and welcoming to our family.

Great idea. But we are two pensioners with an interest in visiting the BAP who were required to pay in excess of £70 to see the Spanish Gallery, the Miners Art and the Castle. It was beyond our means, especially with excessive car park charges to add.
Why not issue an inclusive ticket at a reasonable price to induce and welcome visitors?

Great storytelling, friendly guides and overall an enjoyable experience.

Well worth a look! Lots of places to sit and rest inside the galleries.
