Very professional and polite staff.
They work very quickly and with all safety for your vehicle. They are also very particular about the lug nut socket they use so that they don’t scratch the alloys.
Very impressive set up.

If you need a set of new tyres, brakes or an oil change it’s a must visit and highly recommend.

The place is amazing. Very professional staff and they never cheat you like other shops such as Grand Express Auto on Umm Suqeim rd (read my review on them). Pricing is below others. I got quoted AED 8000 for 4 continental tires while I was able to get it for AED 5500 over there. That is 2.5K of saving. Highly recommend to change your tires over there.

The best place to get your tires. I've been going to them for nearly 7 years now and they always give me the best prices in the market and the exceptional and quick service. I've never faced any issues with the tires I have bought off them.

Everyone we worked with for our 2 week mini bus rental was kind and patient. They delivered and picked up the mini bus which was so helpful! They even came out one night replaced our mini bus when it had a small issue. They’re the best. Would totally hire here again!!

First time using Low Cost MInibus Hire, wont be the last. 17 seater Transit for a trip to Disneyland Paris for the family, they dropped of the bus two days early and collected it 7 days later so no worries about change over, vehicle was very clean inside upon receipt and air certificate was emailed upon request for travelling through Paris. All passengers had a nice drive all be it so long but at least the seats reclined so could get some kip. three child car seats fitted perfectly in the seats so no worries there.
Didn't believe it at first that i was hiring a bus from Scotland and they would deliver to Lowestoft, Suffolk, about as far as anyone would want to go on a trip in itself but no problems in drop off, collecting or driving the 1000 mile journey there and back.
Nice company who work around you, sometimes with moments to spare to catch a train back home. am now in process of booking another family trip so will keep you're details for future use.

Booking process very straightforward and Brian answered all my questions very efficiently.
Delivery was early, but worked well.
Very clean, tidy and comfortable vehicle.
Collection by them was delayed, but was OK.
We would recommend them and would be happy to use them again in the future.

This is the second time we've hired from Low Cost Minibus Hire. I like the fact that they are not a large corporate and are flexible around all requirements. They do drop off and pick up sometimes on days outside of the hire period, but that was not a problem for us. The van was clean and in good order, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely hire again.

We had an excellent experience with Low Cost Minibus Hire when we rented a 9 seater minibus for a 5 week period. Brian and his team could not have been better or more responsive. Emails were dealt with very promptly and they were extremely accommodating when we had to change the booking at the last minute. The driver arrived exactly on time at Heathrow Terminal 5 for both drop off and collection, the van was in excellent condition and we couldn't recommend this service highly enough. They will be our first port of call when we need another hire.

We hired a 12 seat bus for a weekend trip to Scotland August 21.
Their quote was much better than any other of the big hire companies.
They dropped off right to my door bang on time. The bus was clean and tidy, only a couple of years old and great to drive with air con and decent fuel economy (average 30mpg from a big bus).
We had a great weekend away and these guys came to collect the bus right on time on our return. No hassle at all.
Would definitely hire from this company again in future.
