Lying for selling a shirt.

Had visited the shop and was looking for cotton shirts, the salesman told me its 100% cotton, I took it on face value (my mistake)

After using the shirt realized a tag in the insider that it was 65% polyester and 35% cotton (so basically bought plastic for AED 150). Misplaced the receipt so wasn't able to return too. Never ever gonna buy from this store. Liar salesman.

Worst sainsburys I’ve ever been, rude & arrogant staff especially the old lady at the till, and the manger will talk to you in a condescending manner. I’ve seen kids waiting outside the shop for cigarettes as a decoy buys it for them, no sense of awareness what so ever and strawberries are rotten, would give 0 stars if I could

Great selection of food at reasonable prices. Brilliant location with ample parking. Security guard was friendly and welcoming. Staff lack in basic customer service skills. Upon check out, customers are not being greeted with a "Hello, how are you today" instead it's "Do you need a Bag?" The cashier team need restructuring and/or retraining. The store manager is a narcissistic piece of work but apart from that, everything else went well.

So impressed how this store has managed this year with Covid and keeping everyone safe - well done!! Staff at entrance always friendly and helpful, as well as at tills, store always well stocked, great management of all customers to queue appropriately and wearing masks, hand and trolley cleaning gel always available. Some constructive criticism- staff stocking up shelves sometimes block up an aisle with their trolleys and can be friendlier when customers are trying to get past or need to get to an item - friendliness costs nothing. And thank you for the time for NHS staff to shop - it has been so immensely helpful, just for that I'll remain a loyal customer!! Oh and also because of the amazing range of vegan foods and organic fruit and veg you stock!! Thank you Sainsburys!!

I went into this store about a fortnight ago and I haven't experienced such a depressing shop in the space of about 5 minutes in my life. The newer staff tend to be more productive, however the whole team at this particular store seem to be very demoralised and may well need a total transition to solve the issue. I hope both staff and any reader of these comments do take some form of heed.

If a 0 star rating was available, this branch would be on the money.
