very bad customer service . i asked about the discount on a shirt but the sales person said that there is no discount on a shirt . in outlet mall and no discount not possible . seems like staff doesnt like to attend customer or they are just judging if the customer is willing to buy or not. staffs are degrading the name of Burberry by not giving there 100%.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, selection was ok just the discounts could be a bit more for an outlet store, most of the items i was interested in had been discounted by 30% from retail price.
