The Cruise time over all was really good like 2 hours approx. Food was not bad ,but cold unless asked for main dish was not brought upfront but towards the end of the meal, staff was courteous and polite as for the price one pays no regrets but with so much competition ,service and menu has to improve alot. Deck has to be cleared from unwanted furniture. Entertainment was average wud rate max @ 6/10 Definately would recommend FC Dxb

RUDE STAFF!!!
Horrible experience , or horrible is understatement for the experience we had. I do not recommend that. Food was awful, Service was catastrophic. Staff was very rude. Specially staff member Siva (jahil) called us “Jahil” for no reason.
The cruise was overcrowded and no space to even get up from your seat.
If you want to waste money you can select this cruise and spoil your evening

The cruise is good for a family. At the rate we paid it was worth. Had a fun-filled peaceful evening and dining with family. The entertainment was also good. 4 stars just for the food arrangements. Food was ok but little bit salt was missing in some dishes and sweet was missing from the milk kheer (payasam). The only thing me and my family did not like was the food serving arrangement. It was not organised well. People was literally pouncing on food and due to that food shortage was also there. Overall good for a family, looking for some peaceful time.

Food was very Cold & I believe it’s not hard to sort out this issue.
We also had strange experience once we sit there, immediately one photographer approached & it seems they are taking photos for there advertisement but after 30 minutes one guy bring printed photos & asking 50 AED per photo. We asked them why you took the photos without informing first the purpose of photography. instead of justification they started convincing us to take it for 10 AED????. Except food & photo scam overall experience is not bad.

That's the only interesting thing onboard.
Food is bad, Service is ok.
Disorganized completly.
One buffet benmari on lower deck.
People jumping on each other to eat.
Specially, during covid not so safe.

Not recomended at all !!!

This is the worst cruise we ever had experienced. Their staff are pathatic and has very bad attitude towards guests.

Their supervisor Mr. Siva has no mind for his language while talking the guests.

Food is rubbish. Service is worst.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!!

Every single thing about this cruise was horrible:
- Rude staff
- Bad food, I wouldn't even consider it edible
- The boat was over-crowded to the point where you couldn't move a meter without bumping into another co-passanger.
- The cruse was late by over 40 minutes.

Avoid even if it is the only available option

Very bad experience. Food quality & hospitality not upto the mark. Don't ever visit the cruise. People who are at welcome desk not providing proper guide lines. Tone of staff is very bad.
