Excellent food and service, staff is super friendly!!
I took all my European colleague, they loved the environment and food.

Amazing experience...buffet dinner in a cruise that you in creek..and too with entertainment shows..opposite of Rolex towers creek.

First of all the boat was changed to a smaller boat, because it was over booked! Worst service ever! Food was over in like 20 mins, no replanishment was done. The food was tasteless & not worth for consumption. So many people was complaining about service. Not worth the money at all

Even 1 star I didn't want to give it:
Very bad service
Very poor cleanliness
Very poor buffet and less food comparing to the crowd
Worst experience...
I don't recommend at all!

Most horrible food I ever had,very bad manners by staff .most arrogant I have experienced ever.
Food was not even enough for 50 % of the people present on the board I will not prefer never ever in my life

Very challenging course. Very annoying members. Visitors are clearly not welcome. Junior players can pop suddenly on hole 9 and spend 15/20 minutes playing there while you wait. No respect and no etiquette. Person at the pro shop was disrespectful and refused to take our complaint seriously. There are hundreds of courses around London. Why spend time at an unfriendly place ?

I read a few of the latest reviews before our first visit to the course about unfriendly members and in the pro shop. I don't leave many reviews but I wanted to share my experience for contrast. We've now been 3 times as visitors and have had a great reception all three times. Members, pro shop staff, bar staff have all been extremely welcoming and very helpful. We had one instance where members played in front of us on our tee time. But, they were apologetic, really friendly about it and we agreed to let them play through and told the pro shop. Just a misunderstanding.

Most importantly, the course is beautiful, well kept but definitely a challenge. We have another round booked next week.

It’s a lovely course. Great test of golf. Used to be a member for several years but left due to the members. They are not friendly to either new members or visitors and very aloof, arrogant and patronising. They also upset my son who wanted to join their junior section. The way they treated him was completely inappropriate and damaged his confidence learning to play golf. Shocking behaviour and no way to encourage young players. Complained to the club. They did nothing. Left afterwards. Very poor and unprofessional behaviour and conduct.

Beautiful and challenging little gem in between rolling hills of Pinner and Northwood. Stunning views on clear day of London landmarks.
Must play.
