A very nice and peaceful woodland walk, stopped off to walk the dogs a few times now and well worth the visit.
Nice tea room and food with some friendly staff gives an overall nice atmosphere.
Only drawback is the signage when approaching and a shame it isn't open on weekends.

Went to photograph Fungi which were few & far between. This is a small wood with good natural paths & plenty of seats along the way. Very quiet maybe because it was early morning. It does get a bit boggy in places.

Risked my life crossing the A46 on my bike to visit Hill Holt Wood. Sadly, it wasn't worth it. Very little to see, so decided to try the cafe .... but, couldn't find it and no signs to indicate where it was. There were people getting either wood craft or gardening lessons, so things were happening, but not for me. Sadly I won't be returning, especially as just also a small wooded area, so hard to spend much time.

Great social enterprise & Beautiful hidden gem. The cafe and packed earth venue make a great spot for a wedding!

Excellent place to visit. I went two days in a row with my school. The children enjoyed it loads.

Lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Good walking paths and great location to hold a special party.

Excellent place with a wide all encompassing embrace of the meaning of and how to care for nature. Has an introductory walk with one of the rangers, really interesting talk with someone who knows and enjoys his job.
