I bought 1.5kg of shish tawook for BBQ for the New Year’s Eve . It was never getting cooked, the pcs is huge and I had to throw it. I complained in the store and the guy laughed at me and said next time I will do it better, he didn’t believe me…
This is not the first time, before I had issue when I ordered meat escalope. Totally do not recommend, waste of time, money and food

Excellent meat.
Awesome staff
Amazing Manaeesh
Never ask for delivery, to be honest its baaaaaad, it will take forever and I mean 2hrs+ to get to you. Some story on 2 different occasions.
You either pick up or you find somewhere else

Best place you can go to get your meat. Fresh, clean, variety of cuts????????Their customer service is great and their delivery is on time, all the time!
The best part is that they have bbqs, grills; and mana’aeesh made to order - so a great option for ordering in dinner/lunch.

I would highly recommend.

- Everything is very salty in general, including the humos, kebabs, muhamra.
I wish they would ask customers about their preference for salt.
- The ribs are very hard and not marinated properly. Not recommend at all.
- Order takers should ask customers who would they like their grill to be ( rare, medium, well grilled, etc)

- The staff are friendly and polite, but that’s not enough to keep on getting grills from the Meat Master.
