Always thought to visit here but couldn’t get the chance due to its location and exit from SZR. Today finally went there but unfortunately the guy at the counter was so rough and little irritating. We had couple of tea and samosa. I politely asked for a small empty cup for my kid but came to know it will cost me 6 aed. They have cups for tea as it’s counted and no extra plain cup or any other ordinary one. Anyways tea is sweat and samosas were tasty but definitely will visit other branches apart from this one. If people think they can be rude with customer, they basically are cutting branch of their own tree.

This Filli Cafe is a delicious hidden gem tucked right within the ENOC petrol station near the Burger King. I now literally fill up at this gas station so that I can enjoy a Filli drink and light meal at the same time with my kids.

If you fancy fantastic tasting tea or delicious wraps and burgers for all types of foodies at fantastic value, you MUST try this place in order to appreciate its taste.

Queue: there was no queue when my family and I visited on Sunday evening. There were a few interior tables which we used.

Cleanliness: Super clean and beautifully presented as a straightforward diner experience (it's not meant to be high end but its not cheap looking either). The presentation of the shop floor was further enhanced by Filli tea boxes which I think we're available for purchase which add a nice atmosphere to the seating area.

Food: Cooked quickly and OMG, it was delicious. I am a fussy eater and my food needs to be presented at the right temperature and quality. This ticked both boxes. Sauces were not oozing out and therefore going all over the tray but were added in perfect quantities where they were not overpowering. Fries clearly were made using freshly changed oil, buns were warmed perfectly and perfectly complemented the ingredients. The Karak tea was delicious. My wife had the sugar-free version and equally liked it.

Staff and service: Fantastic staff, very well mannered and patient. Unlike some fast food outlets these guys had a smile on their face and looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing. Food delivered to the tables with a smile.

What a fantastic addition to the local area. Well done!

I thought kebab meant some kind of meat, but eitherway was delicious. Quantity size are all snacks, kids meal size, so you will have to order 2-3 sandwhiches if you want a meal which would be a bit overpriced. Might want to sign up for a discount with their loyalty program. Food was tasty and milkshaes are great, I just wish they had larger sizes.

Not child friendly. My daughter took a few cups to play with and I agreed to return it while leaving however they snatched it away saying they are counted and bla bla. Cmon man. Its a few cups .

Visited the Starbucks in Barton upon humber, staff were friendly and polite, quick service. Sat in, it was quiet with many people working on laptops but still able to have a conversation with husband without feeling you were disturbing anyone. Really clean inside. ????

The walls were very dirty (see above). The floors are greasier than my hair and I haven't showered for two weeks. One of our party has converted rom Costa to Starbucks based on the taste of coffee but is still conflicted by the inflated pricing and their lack of tax paying. I asked for my chocolate twist to be heated up but they handed it to me cold on a plate until reminded.

Didn't have food so can't comment on it. I like Starbucks coffee, but like the other rival coffee shop it's expensive. It's still pricey with blue light card discount. But i would choose this over Costa

Shocking visit. To start the digital menu board flitters through no less than 4 pages stopping on none of them long enough to read what is on it with exception of the current promo. Bad enough as that is, the server behind the counter tried to make a point that we were taking too long to decide what to get, not good enough.

The selection of food suitable for allergy sufferers totalled a sausage sandwich. To which the same server felt the need to comment that not everyone can be catered to, fair enough, but it’s 2023 not 1986.

In the end we left with one small hot chocolate which cost an arm and a leg and was too hot to drink in spite of asking for it to be cool enough for a child to drink. Shocking.
