Earlier days I never liked fast food restaurants but still remember back in March,1984 coming from the airport and on the highway in Houston I saw the smoke coming out of Burger King outlet and decided to try it and I felt in love with their bbq burger and other sandwiches later on until the early 2016 on the road in Dubai I had my last hamburger from Burger King after it went downhill but I still liked their Chicken Royal and had it occasionally till yesterday when I went and for the second time to this branch and regretted going in and decided that this will be my last time entering Burger King.
After some hustle to get parking I went in to be welcomed by very unfriendly staff
I ordered 2 Royal chicken with cheese but he punched on calculator and asked for the money so I demanded for a receipt and only then it was punched and given
The sandwiches came with no cheese and very little sauce, so crunchy and thin and smelled like a fish ???? with lettuce that you can look at the photos and judge
Such a horrible taste that you will not even get from a street vendor
The prices of Burger King is not cheap Being a fast food restaurant but now the service and the taste is really not worth the visit
Don’t recommend at all

Only one cashier, made me wait while she serves the drive through and continued to serve him only till he paid by the window and then requested someone els to take my order, this location the restaurant is not well maintained and tables left dirty for up to 10 min without cleaning, floor also dirty, also orders Coke Zero no ice but got ice! Normally take the drive through due to my work pressure but the staff I believe is new and no proper training

I am really upset with the behavior of the staff . I have order my food but he started preparing my food late . People who came after me got food before me . I was fine with that . So I was looking for garlic mayo in front me which was wrapped with tape . So I was trying to take it but I didn’t notice it was for display so one of the guy was saying to what are you doing he told me it was for display I said I am sorry I didn’t know that . But he started being rude to me with soft voice but harsh behavior. And I told him I need two apple pie but he didn’t punch it . I asked where is apple pie… he said you want it I said yes then he made new check . Firstly giving bad service and I made a mistake but it’s was not intentionally but I can’t accept this behavior. He was telling his name you can complain . I know my review will not affect anything to his attitude . I am sure he will behave like that with others also .

Well I needed to grab a quick bite during my visit to Dubai and I didn't have much time to spare. I came across this quiet burger king at the gas station. Decide to get a whopper. I had a beautiful and courteous young girl to take my order she suggested one of their new sandwiches and suggested I choose a meal which worked out cost effective compared to my original order.
They whipped up my order quite quickly and it was a scrumptious meal. Neat place with some very helpful staff. Thank you burger king.

I came through the drive thru at 7:45pm, I was the only car ordering, after they took my order from first window they told me to go to the second window, when I reached there I was waiting for few minutes for the lady there to come and ask me to pay, and then she told me to move my car forward and she will bring the food to my car, I didn't understand why at that time but I moved forward and I had to wait long time for my food to come, and finally when the other guy bring the food to my car I told him why you are late and why you didn't want to give me the food on the drive tru window and nobody was behind my car, he only laughed at me and said because their system otherwise will show that they are late!!

its completely unacceptable for this branch to delay the customers and gets away with it.

The food it self was not good either, I think they used old lettuce in my sandwich and it had a fishy smell and weird taste.

Never coming to this branch again, and I hope the management gets in contact with the staff at that place.

Worst food ever
We ordered onion rings, fries and 3 pieces chicken tenders

1- onion rings were 7/10 okay pass
2- tenders - the chicken was so soggy and watery with no proper texture or taste -5/10
3- fries; typically you can’t go wrong with fries, but the taste was aweful, it seemed like it was pulled out from the freezer and quickly fried and served. You could literally taste the freezer in those fries- worst thing -1000/10

Please stop doing this to people! Yes we’re hungry but this is inhumane
