Got a text from the shop that my frames were ready. Drove 40 mins to pick them. Nothing was ready and the guy blamed me for not calling them... instead of apologizing or offering a gesture the salesman in the shop started blaming. So much to learn in customer care and customer satisfaction

due to the positive review I thought I would try this place out. prices and time lines are good but when I went to pickup my paintings the frame was a completely different colour to what I had chosen. when I mentioned that they said they ran out of the original colour chosen but at no point did they call me to inform me they just chose another colour. Really disappointed and will not be back.

They are not professional at all. They spoilt a very expensive and delicate artwork I had given them although I had visited the shops on several occasions to make sure they knew what they were doing. They tried to fix it but failed so was very disappointed to say the least. Will never go back to them nor recommend them to anyone.

Every time we go to get something framed, they never fail to deliver. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Really recommend.

A beautiful interior to a building that is deceptively dull from the outside. Excellent facilities include a main hall with balcony and a good sound system for guest speakers and film presentations. The hall at the back is massive and provides great facilities for younger people. An asset to the village.
