Horrible customer service. The person on whatsapp is soo rude.. they send the wrong delivery and then speak highly unprofessionally and rudely to the customers. Specially the guy named Wazir there disrespects people all the time, he very specifically told my wife that they cant waste so much time on one customer

Unprofessional behavior of the staff , not helpful at all. Meat / fish counter especially, what is the purpose of his presence there if he can’t do anything! Never ever will buy from them again !

Poor customer service. The person replying to WhatsApp is a lazy person. They don't value customers. The person answering to WhatsApp doesn't speak English and pretends to be the Manager of this store. Price is too high and this store always delivers late.. very late.

Worst experience
The prices are way home gher then the close by places.
Staff extremely bad specially the cashier.
Please don't waste Ur money here. Go to nearby stores.

This is the first time in my entire duration of stay in Dubai that a grocery mart has sold rotten meat to us. Please please DO NOT BUY ANY FRESH ITEMS like Fish, Meat, Chicken, Fresh juice, Salad, Ready to eat items etc. - and any item that has a expiry date.
The meat was rotten and the stench was so bad that we disposed it off in a separate bag & out of the house.
Also - the items cost way more than the actual price you would find at any store nearby so best to avoid completely

This is the best supermarket in this vicinity. You get all kinds of groceries here. I also feel that the rate is cheaper in comparison to other supermarkets. This one is big enough. The staff is helpful in case you are not able to find anything. Faster checkouts at the counters. I would recommend going there and picking out stuff instead of ordering.

A great supermarket with all small facilities like key maker, laundry in it. You can get the 6 gallons water bottle with the pump too. You get fresh and good quality vegetables and fruits compared to the others near by. It's not as expensive as spinneys but more than Carrefour and viva. The people are helpful and do try their muffin in the bakery section of 8 aed. That's just amazing guys.

Decent selection, average prices, for some items, obv, you better go to a nearest Carrefour (a couple nearby). Friendly staff. Definitely the cleanest bodega on the street
