Nice shop but prices are higher - disposable vape (5000 to 6500 puffs) is around 35-40 AED through online but they sell around 60 AED at the shop - should not have such a big difference

I'm so upset about what happened to me as a client.
I bought a good Sheisha from here, and unfortunately, the hookah crystal broke after 2 days.
I got back to Al Bakri asking them for any help in replacing the crystal.

They promised me that they will give me the right solution after calling the company.
I waited for more than 5 weeks and tried to reconnect several times without any helpful response from them!

Now, after I waited for 2 months, I'm not ready to purchase anything from them, they don't have effective customer service at all, and when their client faces a problem they don't try even to make up to him!!!
