Went to MOE branch to get a manager's check but they did not have a working printer and was told to go to Dubai Mall or The Palm, so I opted to go to this locale at Nakheel Mall (at the end of the Palm trunk). It took a while to know where it is and to get there since there is no direct access to each mall level from each level of the parking. It is located at the lowest level next to Life Pharmacy, on the north side where Paul café & restaurant but 2 levels down.
Very clean and quiet branch, uncrowded but had only 1 teller. Very efficient and helpful/cooperative. There was no wait to get the check signed as I was told before going there. More customer service than teller staff, although there weren't many clients for tellers anyway.
Parking is free by the way, unlike other malls.

Sales Staff by phone are giving wrong information.
Never trust them!!!!

The sales staff from the bank gave me wrong information about the quick cash from fab credit card.

For more than a month and after making more than twenty calls, the problem has not been resolved, although all calls are recorded.
Do not believe any offer by the phone, they defraud you by providing wrong information about the product.
be careful !!!!!

The worst branch you can ever visit, branch manager invented stories just to not do his job, even though branch was empty, I went to MOE branch directly after them and job was done without stories!

Only FAB to FAB transfers allowed here not to any other bank in UAE or Internationally.

Worst customer service ever I have been seen, in 3 months they can not reactivate much account, I gave all documents personally to nakheel mall branch and for 1 week I am calling customer service and they have the same answer: you will be called by branch manager; try to avoid FAB bank!!!

Were stroke by disrespecting and rude attitude, firstly from the girl in customer service and secondly from the manager himself. Why are you so angry, guys? Disappointed and frustrated

I visited the Nakheel FAB teller is available there only after 2 PM and accept only 75K and above.Machine not accepting coins if you want to deposit exact 55556 Dhs please visit another branch..Time is precious ????
