If you have not used or subscribed to any services of this bank, please DO NOT OPT FOR THIS BANK.

This bank is all about harassing customers and charging them hefty sum for anything.

I lost my card recently. I do have a supplementary card which i can use for transactions. However, I have forgotten my password for mobile banking and they are not even letting me reset my password. Keeps asking for smart pass token, and more frustrating is that the option doesn't appear on their app for generating smart pass token. lol.

When I spoke to the customer care (call went to 38 mins), I cannot even deactivate my smart pass option if I do not have my primary card. This is kind of extortion. Why do I have to pay 75 AED if I already have a card which I can use?

I am so disappointed that I cannot reset my password, just a simple password for mobile app without going all that hassle.

So much for a customer friendly bank.

Went to get assistance for my Card since it has been blocked but the staff there says we can’t do anything in fact the staff says send email to here and there. If I have to do everything then I wouldn’t have gone there for assistance for the first place since it’s something that is not in my hand. Worst experience in this emirates Islamic branch. I won’t suggest people to go here. Instead u can try assistance from Dubai mall branch they really do look after your problem. Worst banking experience in here.

This was a great service. The staff were very nice. Very organized. Free WiFi on the ship. Comfortable seats, with or without tables. Food, drink and small gifts for purchase. Relaxing voyage. I do recommend being strategic about your seat choice. There are electrical plugs around but not at every seat so you have to choose wisely of you will need to recharge during the voyage.

I find it really awkward being stopped on the steep ramp down to the quayside to show my phone screen ticket , not easy on a bike ,wearing gloves, touch screens don't work with gloves,having no dashboard like a car to rest a phone on ,no handbrake , would it be too much to ask for a peel off sticker on the tank or screen the terminal staff could issue at check in and the security staff could take on the ramp? Evidently it is. Anybody would think they've never seen a motorbike before.

Can be tricky to get to. You need to look for ferry terminal near Liver building and not the new one under construction if using satnav to find your destination. Parking area is quite cramped but staff helped us onto ferry.

No dramas, although the steep ramp to get to/from the ferry was a real test of my handbrake. Honestly, I thought the cable was going to snap.
