Visited the sheik zyed branch today. I didn't quite get her name i believe it's Magauri Dora something like that.. she was on counter number 16.. i believe she is of Indian descent. The way she talked with me , SIMPLY RUDE. That's not an appropriate manner of a customer service personnel.. even observed how she communicated with other customers.. terrible the way she talked her tone was really rude .

One of the best branches in Dubai
Ease of opening an account and dealing with bank customers in a respectful manner
All thanks and appreciation to the employee, Nehal Elrous, for her help in explaining all the details of the types of accounts and her advice to choose the appropriate bank account.
Nehal Elrous has high experience in bank information and all the required papers and her method of simplifying and explaining all the necessary banking information to customers.

I was quite unhappy with the customer service as I was trying to open bank account. I ended up doing it myself online as it felt more reliable

It’s inside Rolex tower parking is little tight but will get it easily little far walking distance !! One of the good bank

Recently I had a problem with cash deposit through ATM. The ATM took my cash and the account was not topped-up. I have to say that FAB customer service solved this problem very quickly and I got the money bank in 2 days.

Horrible customer experience...tried to open an account and after 10days still not active despite being Elite segment...went 3 times to the branch and called their customer support 4 times with literally no action from the bank...

I use this shop regularly it has a good range of stock for a shop of its size and the prices are competitive. The staff are all helpful and friendly and it has the added benefit of being a sub post office which is invaluable these days with so many bank branches closing down.

Ironically they have signs around the shop do not be rude to staff, yet the owner of this establishment has an attitude, so took my business somewhere else.

Refused contactless payment under £3. Absolutely rude and abysmal service. Tesco should not be associated with them
