Good location and well maintained but strange that taking pics is not allowed ????, are we still living in 90’s? Or is it in NASA ????????????

Located on busiest shaikh Zayed road next to DIFC metro station.
It has FAB on the ground floor main entrance .
For other offices and building entrance you have to go to the back of the building . You need to show your id proof at the reception to get access to the building .

Main revolving door is very small and congested .
However building is neat and clean and 6 lifts are operating .

Few real estate and law firms are located in the building.

Be careful with what the management promises, everything needs to be in writing else you will get surprises. Everything will go smooth until you have to leave the place, then things will take a different turn regardless of what was said.

The apartments are good however difficult to cool down due to the floor to ceiling windows and very noisy due to the proximity of szr.

Maintenance is relatively good unless replacement is required then you will need to send multiple reminders as they have a lengthy approval process.

The quality of the fittings and the gym are very good.

Safe, smoke free and clean building. Parking lot is a bit of a problem, difficult to turn and drive to upper levels. No green space around. Swimming pool could use some potted plants to add exotic feel to the dry grey cemented walls.

Beautiful building, if you are looking to rent a place the 2 bedroom apartment this might be the best option because :

1. It's located in sheikh zayed road so you have easy accessibility to every where in uae.

2 compared to other buildings in the area, it's ridiculously cleaner, well managed and beautiful.

3.there is a carfour, choithrams and many other markets just behind the building.

4.amazing view of burj khalifa and sheikh zayed road.

5.comes with washer /dryer, fridge, stove and....

Rolext Tower has world-class standards in building service and maintenance. Everything is coordinated from a central source therefore quality is consistent, and relocation / onboarding is seamless It might be the cleanest building in Dubai, no exaggeration.

I moved here from Limestone House, which I think was the best building in DIFC in the past. As that building is aging now with lots of maintenance work, Rolex Tower now holds the new crown.
